I am involved in coordinating and support the delivery of Crucial Confrontations™ training by a group of peer leaders from union and management positions in a client organization. The subtitle of the Crucial Confrontations™ book "Tools for resolving broken promises, violated expectations and bad behavior" conveys the emphasis on accountability that attracted my client to the training. The 16 hour program includes video examples, a variety of skill-building exercises and a participant workbook in addition to the book Crucial Confrontations™.
