Credentials and Qualifications
As a Consulting Associate, Bernadette Malinoski has worked with managers, administrators, and employees in a variety of settings: academic, business, operations management, services, and research. She is skilled in using total quality management and organizational learning principles and tools, including large-group dialogue. With them, she helps her clients design innovative ways to accomplish their goals, structure effective project and work group meetings, resolve issues of communication and conflict and design shared-governance structures.
Bernadette has more than 30 years of workplace experience, including 15 years in management, and has earned Masters degrees from the University of Michigan in both natural and social science fields. Her ability to put theory into practice in the field of human resources has earned her an excellent reputation. She has a personal commitment to continuous learning, and finds satisfaction in applying her knowledge to the everyday work of organizations as well as the special challenges they face.
